Shipping & Handling Information
Our products ship from Monday to Friday, within 1-2 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. All packages will be shipped in the order they are received.

We make the best efforts to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected by our staff for damages and defects prior to leaving the warehouse. In the case of defective or wrong items, please contact customer service via e-mail support@eyeconique.com within ten (10) business days of delivery and provide the nature of the defect. Any claims made after (10) business days will NOT be accepted.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. Please note that incorrect email addresses will not receive tracking.
Shipping time varies by destination. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery from the expected delivery date.
The time it takes for international parcels to arrive can vary depending on the destination country.
My Order did not arrive or my package got lost:
My order says "Delivered": Please check with family or household members first, or other areas where your package may have been left. Make sure your address was correct when it was sent.
EYECONIQUE IS NOT LIABLE for any lost or stolen packages, custom fees or custom duties countries may apply or for any delays caused by natural disasters or the shipping carrier.
All items purchased from Eyeconique are sent by a third-party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

I'd like to cancel my order.
Please note once an order is placed we can not alter it, but only cancel and issue a refund if it has not shipped. Once a tracking number is created the order is considered shipped and can no longer be cancelled.
My address is incorrect. What do I do?
Please email us right away if the order was just made. We can alter the address before sending.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct as once the parcel leaves our facility we are unable to change any information or intercept the item.

Package was returned to Sender/Unclaimed Packages
If your package was returned to us for Insufficient Address or Unclaimed packages
A refund will be issued excluding shipping costs for these packages. Packages will need to arrive at our facilities to process the credit refund. Full refunds for these packages will not be given.
Please note: packages that have been unclaimed at your local post offices for up to 3 weeks, please follow up with your tracking number to see where your package is located.

International Shoppers:
International shipping cost varies by destination and weight. Free shipping is not available for locations outside of the USA. Eyeconique is not liable for any freight charges, international duties or taxes incurred by delivery, refused shipment or unclaimed goods. Please refer to your home country's government website for tax and duties charges for a full breakdown. If taxes and customs fees are not paid on arrival, we will be unable to refund the parcel until it has been returned to us. We are only able to provide a refund once the parcel has been received.
We currently do not ship to the following countries: Mexico, China, Turkey, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cote D’Ivoire, Cuba, Iran, Vietnam, Guatemala, North Korea, the Crimean region of Ukraine, Sudan, and Syria.
Customers located outside of the US must have a matching billing and shipping address. Your order will be canceled if your international addresses don’t match.
For international orders: We recommend using for complete tracking info for your package, as well as pasting the tracking code with your local post mail services.
